Jenny completed her undergraduate degree in Social Science Education and later earned her Master of Arts in Education; Postsecondary Education: Student Affairs from the University of Northern Iowa. Her entire career has been devoted to UNI. She's held positions with the Department of Residence, Office of Admissions and UNIBusiness.  Jenny has a passion for education and is committed to your success as a student and in your career.  She enjoys spending time with family, friends and reading!  Fun Fact:  Jenny has run 2 marathons!

Denita Gadson

Academic success is imprinted in Denita’s DNA. She began her career in academia—teaching at two Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) and the University of Iowa, where she earned her PhD. The first among her 15 siblings to graduate from college, Denita enjoys empowering students as an Academic Advisor and challenging them to consider the value add proposition of their decisions on their personal and civic life and professional development. In her spare time, Denita enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, and volunteering at her church and in the community.

Elisabeth Soliz

Elisabeth completed her undergraduate degree in Marketing with an emphasis in Advertising, Sales and Promotion at UNI. She later completed her Master of Higher Education Administration with an emphasis in Leadership. Beth prepares students for academic success through the communication of academic policies, procedures, and program expectations. Beth serves as the Community College Liaison for UNIBusiness and advises business students who plan to study abroad. Outside of work, Elisabeth enjoys spending time with her family and gardening.

Nick Mulholland

Nick completed his undergraduate degree in Business Management with a Leadership Certificate at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. He then completed his Master of Art degree in Higher Education and Student Affairs from the University of Iowa. His entire professional career has been at UNI and he has held positions in Residence Life, the Office of Academic Advising and UNIBusiness. Nick has a passion for student empowerment and success.

Yi Cheng

Provide academic guidance to Shanghai Dianji University (SDJU) students, international students, and other students in each of the major areas of business studies. Act as a liaison between administrators at SDJU and UNI. Support the internationalization strategy of UNIBusiness. Support recruitment of international business students from partner institutions. Develop programs of study for incoming international students in UNIBusiness.

Yi Cheng works with all students from China.
